Great product and worth the investment I recommend it for those who train dynamic movement (capoeira, breakdance, tricking, etc.) got a little sad at first when trying it out cause I thought it was too small for me but the rods are adjustable and make sure to get those pivots/swivels in the desired area...if that makes sense. Great for the tall people too. I'm 6ft
Product is great. Extremely easy to adjust to work with your body. I'm 5 9" and adjusted in seconds to the length I needed. It is very light to carry or store. It does seem very sturdy and well built. It even comes with extra grips and I love the strap that is included that allows you to stretch with the right amount of pressure hands free. I been doing Tae Kwon do for the last year and a half and also and ex gymnast so I know a bit about stretching. This is a great tool to improve your stretching and at the price it is its a no brainier to get it. I just got it 2 weeks ago and I love it.
Ok I’m not flexible but want help learning to do splits. This is a great tool. It’s adjustable to make it longer. For those that was having trouble with it being wobbly it has Little click locks to adjust the height and to keep it locked in so it’s not moving. I’ll be back in a month let’s see if I’ll be able to do a split lol
Edit: so it doesn’t move on carpet that well so I added some black tape to the bottom and *boom* perfect it moves much better. Btw been doing it with a few stretches and can see a difference even after just a few days.
Very easy to use and well constructed. No assembly needed. In just a few days I have made solid gains in flexibility by using the device just 10 mins a day. It's comfortable to use and easy to store away. The key to it is the strap; once you get into position, place the strap around your waist and handle, then just relax. As you want to stretch further, tighten the strap to get the best results in the easiest way.
This thing is AWESOME, and I've already significantly increased my splits in the two weeks since I bought it. By a lot. It feels a bit flimsy, but so far it's holding up just fine. I also read a review somewhere that it was best suited for smaller people, but I'm 6'0 and 180, and I haven't run into any issues. I was a confused at first about how to use it and thought it might've been broken, but after a couple of tries I was able to figure it out. I definitely recommend it, and if happens to break, I'm buying another one.
